Dr. Clarke Holmes is a board-certified sports medicine specialist whose practice is focused on non-operative orthopedics and minimally-invasive procedures. He cares for head-to-toe orthopedic problems, and patients of all ages. He has a particular interest in tendon problems such as tennis and golfer’s elbow, gluteal, Achilles, patellar and rotator cuff tendonopathy. He also has expertise in treating osteoarthritis from a non-surgical perspective, utilizing both traditional and innovative techniques to manage this condition. Runners, recreational and competitive athletes encompass a large section of his practice. Finally, the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound along with orthobiologic injections and minimally-invasive tendon procedures have distinguished his practice from other orthopedic practices. He was named one of the Top 3 Orthopedic Physicians by Nashville Fit Magazine in both 2018 and 2019.
