Whether you are training for a marathon or carrying a child, her mission is to help you function at a capacity that will allow you to feel great and – most importantly – enjoy your life.
Through her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University to her doctorate studies at National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Lance gained invaluable experience in the exercise science and chiropractic fields. Her vast resume includes extensive training in sports rehabilitation and biomechanics as well as pregnancy and pediatric care. Additionally, she has experience working in sports medicine as she has treated many professional athletes. She currently travels with Team USA. Dr. Lance also completed a residency with Iliana VA Hospital, an opportunity that allowed her to evaluate and treat veterans with chronic pain. Her certifications include Active Release Techniques (ART), Fascial Movement Taping, Dry Needling, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Certified RockTape Provider, Webster Technique and Perinatal Care. She is also an Ironman partner.
Born and raised in the great state of Ohio, Dr. Audra Lance is thrilled to have her practice in the gorgeous, energetic city of Nashville.
